Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Billing/Invoicing Specialist to join their client's dynamic team in Ohio. This role is fully on-site in Canton, OH, and offers a temporary position lasting 1-3 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing and invoicing process with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless operations within the finance department.

Responsibilities

  • Receive re-rental invoices and confirm/approve the cost.
  • Look for completed invoices under the completed tab.
  • Send invoices to customers out of Foundation.
  • Handle vendor invoicing and, if the vendor's invoice is incorrect, reach out to the vendor to explain the issue and request a credit or corrected invoice. Track invoices awaiting correction.
  • Enter approved timesheets into WorkMax as they are provided.
  • Monitor and order office supplies monthly, such as paper, internal folders, coffee, cups, and furnace filters.
  • Receive packing slips on parts and update quantities.
  • Access PO logs for individuals when they are not in the office.
  • Organize paperwork that needs to be sent to other yards in internal folders.
  • Assist with yearly parts inventory.

Requirements

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
  • Ability to work fully on-site in Canton, OH.
